Who is SkilledNote for?
Home health clinicians: registered nurses (RN), licensed vocational nurses (LVN), physical therapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), and speech-language pathologists (SLP). Agencies can sign up their whole team.
Does SkilledNote ever add things I didn't say?
No. Your note is built only from what you said in your summary or tapped in a checklist. Each item shows where it came from, and you review and sign every note before it's final.
How do I get the note into my agency's system?
Download your finished note as a PDF and upload it to your agency's system, or send it to the office.
Do I record the patient during the visit?
No. The main way to use SkilledNote is to record your own short summary after you leave, in 2 to 5 minutes. Or skip recording and tap through checklists instead.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. SkilledNote is being built to work on your phone and your computer. iPhone and Android apps are planned for later.
How will SkilledNote protect patient information?
